What if I need to change the date or cancel?

The deposit is 50% refundable until one week before the event. To change the date, check our availability on our website and send us an email. We will hold the deposit for the new date.

Where can the characters travel to?

We are located in Forsyth County Georgia. We are willing to travel 25 miles from our location. If you are not sure if you are in that area, send us a message before you book with your chosen location and we will look it up for you.

What if I would like a character for more than 2 hours?

To book a character for more than 2 hours, send us an email with the date, time, and duration. After our standard two hour rate, our price will go up $100/hr.

Can a character in a group come on their own?

Yes! Any character can come on their own at the single character rate. Just send us an email to book!

What if I want a character you don’t have yet?

Feel free to send us an email and we will try to add more characters soon!
